CLASS TUITION: (New Payment Procedure)
Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Tumbling, Acrobatics and Dance are year-round activities. At every fall registration, we require a new registration form to be filled out. Once you register, you don’t have to re-register until next fall. Instead of paying tuition for the entire year, we use a convenient 4-week Auto Pay System. We apply your charges to your debit or credit card the first of every month. If you choose to un-enroll, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid your card getting charged. There is a $10 refund processing fee for all refunds.
- Monthly Auto-Pay Program- For your convenience we bill Visa/Master Card or Debit card monthly thereby ensuring your child’s status until you notify us otherwise. Just think, no more figuring out WHEN tuition is due! For your protection, your credit card number once entered is not visible to anyone.
- Annual Registration Fee- Every family pays this $38.00 fee upon initial registration and on your anniversary date thereafter.
- Family Discount- We offer a generous discount for multiple classes for one child and multiple students from one family. You pay one full price class tuition and all other tuitions are discounted 20%. After School Care and Summer Camps have built in discounts. Check these programs for their discounts.
- NSF Charge- There is a $30 charge for any returned checks.
Information for 2011-2012:
- Holiday Closure Dates: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, Mardi Gras, Easter (Good Friday- Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Fall Break
- Make Ups: Tuition pays for your child’s spot in the class. However, as a courtesy, Leaps & Bounds offers one make-up per month, to be made within four weeks of the missed class. The make up class must be of the same age and ability level and where it does not interrupt the safety or quality of the class for those children registered in the class. We do not refund or give credit for missing class. You must call the gym prior to the missed class to qualify for a make-up. The student must be currently enrolled in class at the time of the scheduled appointment. Once made, it cannot be rescheduled. All 1.5 or 2 hour classes if missed –will be entitled to just one hour make-up. If your child’s class falls on a holiday when the gym is closed, such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, etc, it is your responsibility to schedule a make-up.
